Employee Profile — Mobile Experience

The employee profile is one of the main places HR users go to view employee information, documents, and work-related details. On mobile, the real challenge is presenting dense HR information so it stays easy to scan without overwhelming the user.

My role was to design a mobile experience that organizes employee information clearly, supports quick access to key details, and keeps dense HR data readable on a small screen.

The goal was to make the profile feel structured and easy to navigate on a smaller screen — especially for users who need to check employee details quickly during daily HR tasks.

I focused on grouping information into clear sections, making the most important details easy to find, keeping the layout clean and readable, and following a familiar mobile navigation pattern for HR and employee-related tasks.

This project is more UI-focused than research-heavy. It shows how I approach information structure, mobile layout, and visual hierarchy when a single screen carries many employee details that all need to stay clear, scannable, and easy to act on.
